A nice mix of whole grains, good fats, and protein. This cereal keeps me full until lunch.
Easy meal for lunch or supper and tastes good in a lunchbox for school. Can be topped with Vegan Cheesey Garlic Sauce or Vegan Hard White Cheese (both are good)
This goes on traditional Burmese tea salad, or is excellent as a condiment on fish, chicken or pork
Don't be afraid to try these because they're vegan! These are delicious and lighter than traditional banana bread or muffins. I serve them often to omni guests and family members, with many requests for seconds. As always, I don't bother to tell people they're veg*n!
Feel free to substitute dairy milk or any milk alternative (rice, almond, etc) for the soy milk. You may also increase the sugar to 3/4 cup, especially if your bananas aren't overly ripe.

Recipe from Daily Garnish (Emily Malone) calls for green French kentils. I couldn't find them and had to subsitute red lentils instead. I have added cooking directions for both the green and red lentils
Great over spinach or rice, in a wrap. Mix with tuna or chicken. Add feta cheese or sprinkle with pumpkin seeds!

This vegan-friendly sauce is low in calories but high in B-Vitamins and minerals; it's great as a topping for baked potatoes, steamed vegetables, or anything else you might want a cheesy creamy sauce on top of!
This is a delicious kimchee recipe I came up with. you can be creative and add your own choices of veggies, and try different kinds of miso to taste.

1 tb lemon juive
1 tb Red Wine Vinegar
Salt to taste, use a bit of unsweetened almond milk if difficult to blend in blender until smooth
