Gret hearty soup - I use the Lite Coconut milk and also some lemon zest.
This is identical to my eggplant parmesan recipe BUT it serves six instead of four and unlike the other does not include noodles or sauce. Sometimes I just want the eggplant part (or I do not have time to make more noodles) and I wanted a reflection of that in my tracker (i.e. 250 calories less!). Let me reiterate: this is not "diet" eggplant parmesan. This is delicious authentic eggplant parmesan with no "shortcuts." It is worth EVERY bite.
spicy and sweet... easy and quick to make. serve with brown rice for a healthier meal.

Bliny are traditional Russian pancakes, similar to crepes. They can be eaten with just about anything: jam, honey, cheese, caviar, etc.
I love anything and everything pumpkin, and I love cheesecake! Unfortunately, being a volume-eater, I want to eat 1/4th of the pie! ;) This healthy dessert will let you do that without setting your diet back.
