Apple Galette in Phyllo

Great way to use up slightly old apples, and a great "you'll be here in how many minutes?!?" recipe...super fast, super pretty, super easy.
#4 phyllo is a slightly thicker, more forgiving phyllo dough, and I prefer it over the generic pepperidge farms variety...use it if it can be had.
