Single Serving High Fiber Breakfast Muffin
A remake of the microwave flaxseed muffin in a cup recipes. While I love the idea of those recipes, I am not a fan of the psyllium texture so replaced half of the flaxmeal with wheat germ and oats. Also added berries and blackstrap molasses for a change of pace and to make them seem more "muffin-like".
