I adapted this recipe from one I found online at Libby's!
The great taste of pumpkin pie, the lightness of custard, a super simple prep, low fat, low carb, vegetarian, gluten free, and only 75 calories per serving...you can't get much better than that!
Yummy chocolate cupcakes that are not only healthy and nutritious, they taste great too!
A simple, spicy cake. This is rich and delicious. A slice of this is perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert. It can also be baked into muffin tins for the perfect serving size.
This is sooo yummy, you won't miss pumpkin pie. And is as filling as a dessert can be!
This is the healthiest ice-cream ever... all my friends were dubious about it at first but loved it after they tatsed it. Good for those nights when you feel like treating yourself to something sweet. A great recipe to make in bulk and have a few of these already frozen for treats when you need them
Refreshing summer dessert... made with Key lime yogurt, cream cheese, fresh lime peel and juice and a vanilla wafer crust give a refreshing tangy taste to a cool pie that’s only 115 calories and 15 carbs per serving!
If there's anything better than the traditional chocolate-peanut butter combo, it's chocolate, peanut butter and banana! These egg-free and dairy-free cookies are dense, flavorful and easy to throw together in a pinch.
So delicious! Use strawberry and pineapple, or just about any other fruit you can think of.
I got this recipe from The Biggest Loser cookbook. It is a great dessert that is low-calorie and great for breakfast also.
This is a chocolate pudding recipe that I modified for my lactose intolerant husband. It uses Unsweetened Original Almond Breeze, but I think that unsweetened soy milk would work too.
This is my mom's recipe, and she bakes it in an iron skillet. She substitutes the water in the cake mix with the same amount of pineapple juice from the crushed pineapples. It makes for a very moist and sweet cake! No one will ever know it's made with Sugar Free ingredients (unless you tell them!). Guaranteed!!!!
This mixture of apples and cinnamon warmed on the stove top makes the perfect compliment for vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt.
This uses less egg whites than most. Less than 100 calories per serving!
They don't taste beany, but they are almost like fudge. Might need even more baking powder. I also threw in a dash of cinnamon, and few drops of hazlenut syrup.
I did have one roommate say they tasted like refried beans, but that's only because I told him the ingredient list before he ate them. Everyone who I didn't mention the black beans too commented on how rich and yummy they were!
I will admit though, this recipe needs some more tweaking. Caloric values based on tiny brownies (I cut up my pan 5x5 for 25 brownies at less than 100 calories each, if you cut 4x4 and have 16 brownies they're closer to 150 each)
