This is a "dry" rub for pork but could be used on other meats as well. It is perfect way to add some flavor to an otherwise bland cut of pork. It is spicy-warm and sweet and crispy on the outside with all the juices on the inside just waiting for you to cut in and take a bite.Submitted by SARA772779
This is a Spark 'Editor's Choice' recipe that I modified for the crockpot, and shredded to make sandwiches with. It's very good. I like it because it's not a traditional bbq type sauce.Submitted by STEPH2003
While this burger tastes like a meatball sub, it's far lighter and healthier. With only four ingredients, this 20-minute meal is sure to be a family favorite.Submitted by MRSDUDLEY
Super easy, and fun. Not to mention delicious. Recipe is easily altered to serve as many people as you like. Same recipe is awesome for boneless pork too.
You can put white wine in the marinade too, which is really good- about a half cup.
You can sub dry oregano for the fresh just use less, about a tablespoon
Low Cal, added fiber & Delicious
Here is one for those watching Sugar, Calories and looking to add fiber to their daily food intake.
Made with Splenda, Healthy and guilt free
This is a GREAT summer recipe to bring to a cookout! It looks so pretty in a trifle bowl ($10 Bed Bath & Beyond.com), takes no time at ALL to make and no one will guess its a healthy treat!
I put 12 servings in the nutritional info but that is a good size serving - even half that would definitely suffice!
Also - using the vanilla sugar free pudding cuts the cals a decent amount and doesnt sacrifice taste at all.
