These easy fish cakes use canned tuna as a main ingredient. I have omitted the bread crumbs and use eggs as a binding agent.
The spices are just a suggestion, put whateve spices you like in to suit your taste.
Suggestion: Mix all ingredients except the egg in at first. You can "taste test" the resulting mixture as the tuna is fully cooked.

I make the rice on the side so it is carb friendly for me but my fiance and kids can still have it. I also used beef sausage so this could be much healthier with turkey. I didn't have celery so i didn't use it, but you could a couple of stalks and it will enhance the flavor more.
