This is a different kind of side. One found quite by accident from messing around in the kitchen.
What a tasty and easy way to sneak in veggies! The cheese is up to you and your personal taste but I find Feta to be the most flavor for very little! My daughter who hates cauliflower and who hate stinky cheese somehow ate this without any complaint. Shhhhh....
The title says it all. This is a great way to make Mac&Cheese without having "powder" cheese.
If you can't find a good gluten free flour, mix:
175 g rice flour
75 g potato starch flour
25 g tapioca flour
