This is my own concoction. I eat this as a main course but you can use this as a healthy side dish
Frozen methi makes preparing these rotis EASY at ANYTIME- no cleaning or chopping required. Just thaw the required amount in a microwave!
Put whole package of chopped Cabbage mix
Add Mayo & Vinegar ( I use cider or tarragon)
Add 4 packets of Sweet & Low
lightly season with garlic powder
This recipe is from Diabetes Forecast magazine & has quickly become a favorite in our household.
Recipe from the Swanson's Chicken Broth can but I used brown rice instead of long grain white rice.
I've derived this recipe from a low-carb diet over the past several years. I find the flavors much more satisfying than potatoes. Enjoy!
You can also make this ahead of time and freeze it in individual portions.
