This is a "crustless" quiche so you save calories, also, use reduced fat Bisquick, reduced fat cheese and skim evaporated milk and egg beaters!
These delicate crepes are almost too pretty to eat—but they're a snap to make! They also deliver a whopping 31 grams of protein per serving.
These muffins are loaded with whole grains, fruits, and vegetables! This is a slightly different version of my Healthy Breakfast Muffins. This recipe made 32 regular sized muffins. Depending on how full you fill the muffin cups, I'd say you should get 28 - 32 muffins. Nutritional value is calculated on 30 servings (1 muffin = 1 serving).
These deliciously healthy muffins are full of wholesome ingredients and sweetened with honey!
Just like a PB&J sandwich, this recipe can always be made with basic pantry staples. I like strawberry jam, but feel free to use grape jelly or even orange marmalade if that’s your favorite. You can even get wacky and use almond or cashew butter in place of the peanut butter.
This tastes like a cake I had almost 20 years ago. The banana and chocolate go perfectly with the flavor of the hazelnuts. This is a really simple oatmeal to throw together before you go to bed. You can toast the nuts the night before or in the morning.
A slightly sweet, completely wholesome batter used to make your favorite pancakes and waffles. They taste great with dried fruit or dark chocolate chips added. Try them with real maple syrup for an extreme experience.
This will look like a cupcake, but it's healthy enough to be part of breakfast!
A very flexible recipe and a delicious source of fiber! My kids love these muffins!!! You can add just about anything you want and make it your own. Enjoy!!!
My grandkids LOVE this. And one of them hates veggies! It is so good..hot cold or in between. Great for breakfast or a snack.
I eat breakfast on the run almost every day, and McDonald's Egg McMuffin value meal was a common breakfast choice. Then I discovered I could make my own sandwich at home in the time it would take me to go through the drive-thru, and I could make it much healthier (and I think tastier, too!). I have even made this sandwich at work to eat at my desk by just cooking the egg and warming the ham in the microwave. I pair it with a serving of fruit, and my day is off to a great start!
My family loves these! I am a breakfast lover and have made a lot of recipes, but this one is our favorite!
Stuffed french toast was one of my fave dining-out breakfast choices when I was younger, so I made my own healthier version! Hope it works out for you!
