This is a smoothie recipe from Dr. Josh Axe. The volume is large enough that I have divided it into 2 portions/servings, though if you can "handle a 350+ calorie breakfast, GO FOR IT!
This is a quick microwave breakfast that gives you a blast of protein (6 grams) and Iron (10%). The Agave nectar is a low GI sweeter (30), and this oatmeal is also vegan and lactose free.

But they would be useful for anyone who wants to prevent constipation, and they are actually quite tasty even for non-sufferers.
