Our family's spin on a favorite breakfast, French toast. Kinda of Paleo( Not completely) and Gluten Free
We used coconut milk instead of regular milk, and for the bread we used a favorite recipe for gluten free bread.
Sometimes I use Ham & Shroom with Swiss
Sometimes I use Bacon & Onion with Cheddar.
Sometimes I use Sausage & Onion & Shroom with whatever is in the fridge.
You can also use slices of bread if you do not have croissants or refrigerated dough on hand! I think I change it every time I make it, but this recipe is the gist of it! This time I used Maple Sausage, 3 pieces cooked bacon, & sautéed onions with cheddar, mozzarella & provolone cheeses!
