Blend wet ingredients in blender and mix into dry ingredients. I also added a quarter cup liquid suger twin but could not find it on the list.

Using my Nicer Dicer I diced the Onion,Carrot,Cucumber,Celery,and tomatoes into small squares.
Lined the plate with the red lettuce and lay the diced ingredients in the centre of my plate .. I arranged the Olives around the plate added the Cooked Chicken and dribbled basil enfused olive oil over the veggies .
