Usually if a dessert does not have chocolate in one way or another I am not attracted to it. These lemon bars are a lovely exception.

I'm trying to eat more "natural," which includes making my own treats. These fit the bill, technically except for the applesauce (but if you want, you can use oil instead of apple sauce, though it'll raise the calories). These don't use any sugar.
I bet these would be good with pieces of apple or peach, or chocolate chips.
