These Pot Pockets are supposed to be served with the Chicken Pot Pockets Cheese Sauce recipe that I've entered in here. I entered that separately so the calories can be measured separately. The cheese sauce really makes the recipe. I highly recommend it.
"Chicken Noodle Soup without the broth -- very cozy with the melted mozzarella on top."
Adapted from Chicken Noodle Casserole I on Allrecipes.
For the calorie count, I used Barilla Plus Rotini pasta, 98% FF soups and Kraft 2% shredded mozzarella.
Recipe Adapted from a recipe found on here.
I use Cream of Mushroom soup instead of Cream of chicken. It makes the sauce more gravy-like. Also, I don't like the rice calculated into the calorie count. Sometimes I might use noodles, rice, or neither. Sometimes I just eat this with vegetables. Also, I essentially use half the cream cheese in the recipe. It cuts down on the fat and I think it's a strong enough flavor that even with half as much I can enjoy it.
You can half this recipe.
Brown gb , onion and garlic in olive oil, add all other ingreedients and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream.
Low carb version with edamame and a mashed cauliflower topping and the best thing is that it's delicious!
Throw it all in a crock pot and let it cook down all day. It is so tasty! This is great with creamed corn, jalapeno, and cheese corn bread (receipe found on here too).
I took the brown rice meatloaf recipe, and redid it with olives & capers & cilantro for a Spanish flavor. :) Reminds me of my grandma's cooking.
My kids LOVED it.
My best version of the olive garden minestrone soup after working there a couple of years
Amazingly good for any meal and vegitarian friendly!
Serves 4 people so it is a great dinner idea.
Adapted from Betty Crocker's "Casseroles and One Dish Meals" cookbook.
Original recipe calls for cheese-filled ravioli.
This is a super-delicious lower carb lasagna, made with zucchini that is first oven roasted with parmesan & seasonings to give it more texture and flavor, then loaded up with a flavorful meat sauce, some healthy greens, and a variety of cheeses. YUM!
This is a recipe I developed for a ranch dressing contest. It didn't win, but I got a great recipe!
This is similar to my 3 ingredient recipe, except I added some seasonings, and a couple of other ingredients. Also, this version uses the artichokes that are marinated in oil, not brine.
