Lemon Garlic Baked Tilapia
This is how I like my Tilapia. It's a very basic recipe, you can add to it as much as you want.

A bright, fresh, simple way to serve healthy scallops with whole wheat linguine. If you wanted, you could add sauteed shrimp to this (or do shrimp instead of scallops). Feel free to garnish with some fresh herbs - chopped parsley would go nicely.
