I like fried fish but I need to limit my fat. This fish is steamed and then coated and deep fried for only seconds to limit the fat intake but tastes the same as fried.
If you don't have lemon pepper on hand you may combine the freshly grated zest of two lemons with some cracked black pepper.
This is a super easy and delicious dish. It's great as a first course for a dinner party using small Roma tomatoes or as we've prepared it here as a Main Course.
