Traditional quiche lorraine with a kosher-for-passover crust. This led to my friends dubbing it "kosher for passover ... but not kosher" (KFPBNK).
Thanks to a generous anonymous soul, a basket full of fresh garden-grown zucchini were present for the taking this morning in our kitchen. I had just stopped by our local organic Potomac Vegetable Farms and picked up a bunch of warmly-hued flowers, freshly-laid eggs, cucumber, black cherries, swiss chard and squash the other day. Since they had recently opened there were no zucchini.
mix grount turkey, tomato, salt and black pepper for 30 on medium fire.
when ready slice the eggplant and put first layer on a baked plate, put tomato mixture of tomato and turkey, then add a coat of cottage cheese and repeat the procees till the end. Bake for 1hr. it's ready.
A french special, that takes some time, but worth the wait.. Can be make with pear or nectarines..

This is a great salad for the summer season. It's great for lunch or diner. High in protein and vitamin A.
The trick to this dish is long cook time on low. If acidic foods upset you, lower the amount of tomato paste by half.
