My first recipe to submit, an so many problems with the amounts of ingredrients... (mustard only in tsp or packets possible?) ... anyway I hope you try and like it!!!!!
Homemade Pancake for a lower sodium special pancake breakfast, while keeping a low sodium low cholesterol diet.
Uses no prepackaged ingredients, so lower sodium than other recipes. From my mother in law's recipe, modified to boost flavor and lower fat. YUM!
A great meal for October Fest or a cold winter night. Serve with whole gain mustard on the side.
All veggies are bought directly precut (fresh). It takes zero effort and almost no time to prep. I love to eat it cold as well (the potatoes would be trf in resistant starch - yummines for your gut flora)

Less than 5 minutes to a yummy, satisfying treat. Substitute whole grain for white flour, use less sugar, substitute half of the eggs for juice or milk, omit walnuts.... it'll always turn out!
Update of an old-fashion family recipe.
I make my own sodium free veggie or chicken broth in the crock pot over night. I counted it as water as it is sodium & fat free, and does not have significant nutrition, just flavor. Edamame and corn are essentially equal in nutrition and can be substituted for each other.
I read that rice in the nutrition is calculated as cooked.
Nutrition = 2 cups cooked rice / 1 cup dry.
