This is a simple Salisbury steak that I do in a skillet or a frying pan. We serve it over rice or egg noodles.
I make these with half whole wheat flour and half bread flour. You can make them all wheat or all white, whatever you prefer. Enjoy!

I was looking for a low point Banana Nut Muffin recipe, and I couldn't find one I liked. So I put this together and it turned out really good. Extra fiber from the oatmeal, and omega 3's from the walnuts, so there are added health benefits to these too. They make 12 big muffins.

Popular with all ages. Prepare walnuts ahead of time, preparing a large quantity for the future. The seeming large quantity of fat per serving is "healthy" fat from walnuts.
Put this in your slow cooker before work, enjoy for dinner, and use the leftovers for a chicken casserole or on a salad the next night.
