Delicious and sweet with chunks of pineapple! The pineapple sort of takes the place of the egg and makes this almost taste like cake.

A fantastic twist on a seasonal classic!
I lightened it up a little bit: from almost 700 calories per serving to under 350!

details.asp?nutrition_id=10185824 I changed it up just a tiny bit by using boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of thighs and cutting the olive oil in half! It cut out an additional 21.4cal and 3.6g of fat.
This delicious summer stew is excellent reheated and you can freeze it for a taste of summer in the fall!

chili is flavorful but not hot- rinse beans to avoid high sodium- side note: this chili has no chili powder, and therefore isnt hot. however the ground cumin is an amazing little used spice. thanks sis for trying all of my recipes (mercyandi)
My favourite fix when I crave a creamy pasta, with less than 400 calories. Much healthier than going out, and tastes just like restaurant food!
This is a great treat for a cold day or to wind down in the evening or as a great drink in the morning instead of coffee?? The cinnamon really complements the Chocolate Almond Milk. Please rate this recipe, I am curious to know if you like as much as I do.
P.S. Land O Lakes Whipped Heavy Extra Creamy that you can buy at Costco has sugar listed in the ingredients but isn't enough to show up under the Carbohydrate/Sugars in the Nutrition Facts. I don't have anymore than the 2 Tbsp but if you do I would count it as 1 sugar. It's good without the Whipped Cream too!! MMmmm Enjoy! Tammy :)
