I have made my own modifications. It is gluten free and low carb, it tastes good.
My version of the IHOP pancake recipe... lower in fat.
Replaced sugar with Stevia.
Replaced oil with applesauce.
Replaced egg with egg substitute.
Removed salt.
I love this recipe for Yorkshire pudding. They raise wonderfully. They taste great! Awesome with a Prime Rib Roast and Au Ju or for Breakfast in the morning!

These are wonderful for breakfast. Can add thyme to make them savory, or a bit of sugar for sweet. Also good as a tortilla substitute. Note I am not 100% on the nutrition info being correct - they did not have the flours, just the grains. Also, a serving is 2 crepes, so each is about 100 calories.
