I based this recipe off of a delicious raita I had at the Clay Pit restaurant in Austin. You can use any kind of plain non-fat yogurt (I prefer Greek), and adjust the seasonings to your own taste.
A great bread to go with all of your Italian dishes! For a lighter version, cut back on the olive oil and leave out the cheese.

To Make a Tart of Greens
