quick and kid friendly! break fresh cleaned cauliflower into bite sized pieces (or use a bag of frozen cauliflower) and toss with olive oil to coat--yes--1 T will cover it all--just keep tossing. Then sprinkle generously with the garlic powder--and place under a hot broiler until toasted brown--serve hot and watch it disappear!
Adjust spice to your liking.
I prefer the whole teaspoon, but may be a bit much for some.
Omit sea salt all together for much less sodium.

I post this as something I make for the kids, they are older. So they do not mind spicy food. I use a bit of ketchup instead of tomato sauce to give it a tomato taste, this helps to cut back on the calories and sodium.
