This recipe is quite flexible! You can substitute various flours and grains.
Healthy fruit and oats, with a wonderful cream cheese filling. Great for breakfast!
I've seen something like this in the stores and figured I could make something at home.
Cool and refreshing - only 26 calories - no fat slushy/smoothie. This is loaded full of fruit & veggie, using cucumber, pineapple, and lemon. A cool twist of the normal yogurt drink. If you like cucumber, you will love this drink. You may add some sweetener if it is not sweet enough - although it tastes great without it.
This was a weight watchers recipe. They are really good!!! The batter is very thick.
These are an oven-baked version of the Italian frico. It's just basically thin rounds of baked cheese. One of the cool things about it is that they are moldable when still warm. If you drape them over an upturned glass, they will form a cup that you can fill with anything you like. It makes a really nice presentation for a party.

Tasty chex snack mix! I don't know where I originally got it, so I can't give credit where it is due!
