Makes a great substitute for fries, oddly enough -- anything that goes with fries will go with this, including ketchup. Eliminate the cayenne and halve the pepper if somewhat spicy potatoes are not desired. Roughly 1/4 lb or 3/4 cup per serving .

This is a fruit Iced drink made with all natural ingredients. We were looking for something refreshing after a workout and had some kiwi that needed to be eaten before it went bad so I put together this smoothie with some of the fruit in our kitchen.
The nutrition info includes the basic ingredients but you can add almost anything to taste -- cumin, chili powder, chopped red or green bell pepper or hotter peppers to taste. It'll shift the calories a bit, but it's a good start. Fiber, protein and lots of flavor!

Tasty addition to rice, beans or veggies! We make a plate of 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup beans, and 1 cup cooked greens and put a serving of sauce over it. Simple and tasty!
