Add olive oil to pain, stir fry onions, peppers. When almost done add spinach. In bowl combine eggs, egg whites and milk stir til well mixed. Add veggies to frozen whole wheat crust, add shredded cheese and top with eggs. Bake in oven for 30 - 45 minutes. Top with tomatoes the last 10 minutes
Add chooped onion to olive oil, cook for 5 minutes, add garlic for 1 minute. Add tomato paster and i can off water to pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir often or it will burn.
Add 2 large cans of crished tomatoes and 1 large can of water.
Add 1 cup of apple sauce
Add spices plus pepper
Simmer for about 1 hour.
Add grated cheese
simmer and stir for about 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over your favorite pasta or use for eggplant parm
This is a great vegetable soup. It is very filling, easy to make, high in vegetables and low in calories. I like it slightly spicier so I shake in some red pepper flakes.
This vegetarian dish is lovely low-fat, high protein and can be easily adjusted for south-beach or Atkins dieters. Very tasty and filling lunch dish or side dish.
BEWARE calorie content is not correct. I don't know why, but it counts wrong. When I fill this in my tracker it is 270 kcal per serving size (recipe serves 2)
