Beef/Turkey Chili
My take on Wendy's Chili using just what I had in my pantry and my refrigerator.
This is best served after refrigeration overnight. Add hot pepper flakes and/or canned jalepeno peppers if you like it spicey.Don't spare the chili powder. Serve over brown rice in a bowl.
