Easy Slow Cooker Shredded Pork for Tacos
Set it and forget it! This is delicious and it's easy to tailor to your liking. Choose mild taco seasoning and salsa and omit the jalapenos if you don't like spicy food (or substitute green bell pepper for the jalapeno). Choose medium/hot taco seasoning and salsa if you like spicy food. Even sprinkle some dried chili flakes into the slow cooker if you want added heat.
This recipe makes enough to serve for a crowd but is easy to cut in half and just use 1 tenderloin.
Serving options are limitless...wrap in a whole grain tortilla with low-fat cheese and rice, put over a salad with avocado, pair it with your favorite hot sauce and eat it by itself...it's delicious. Enjoy.Submitted by: COURT623
