As a Brasilian, I grew up eating picadinho, a ground meat dish. This is a lighter version of picadinho, made with 94% ground turkey. I flavored it with mexican spices (cilantro, cumin, a dash of chilli powder and a pinch of cayenne).

This is the similar to the Crock Pot Salsa Chicken, but with the brand names we use and cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom. The breasts we buy are from SAMS club and are much larger. The nutritional info came out much different.
My mother-in-law (whom is a great cook) gave me this recipe. It is easy, but really yummy! I have made it for week night suppers and fancy occassions. We mix up the spices we use in it constantly. It can be cooked in the oven or the crockpot. I usually cook mine in the crockpot.
