this is a quick and VERY easy dinner that kids will eat that's relatively healither than your standard mac and cheese far.
Really quick, really easy, tastes great and very healthy. I used egg whites instead of yolks.
This recipe is per basa fillet. It is a lovely, light dish and the calories are actually slightly overestimated as the majority of the butter/margerine is not eaten. This dish is very low in fat and carbs and high in protein.
