I really craved a potato pancake. So I concoted this recipe
great breakfast smoothie! You can alter the amount of each ingredient to taste however it will change the nutritional information.
Drink in the morning to help settle acidic stomach for the whole day!

I first add 1/2 cup of ice to my blender, then add 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 Banana, 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 Stevia or Truvia pkt, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp pure vanilla flavoring, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder for a little xtra protein (protein powder optional), blend until creamy and smooth! Enjoy!
