Here is a smoothie that I made today (no two are the same!) in my awesome vitamix. I started with the bananas and spinach and made sure it was super smooth and then added everything else. I really just tossed it all in while mixing in coconut milk to ensure it kept moist enough
you can make these as muffins, baking time is 25 min. but they must cool completely so they do not stick so bad to the paper...cooking time may vary in a 9x9 pan. test with a tooth pick
they are a little dense as a cup cake, they make better bars or bread...but they are good any way you fix them
mix it all together for a great filling shake that is packed with protein and keeps you full for a long time.
This is a revised crepe recipe. Appears to be less carbs and pretty low fat, I think. Could make protein higher by using egg whites instead.
Recipe I found did not have flax or almond flour, but I thought a little texture would be good. I did not have almond flour, so I ground up a handful of almonds in the coffee grinder...worked fine. Could use a food processor for larger quantities.
