This Latin Carabbean Fish Soup is a light, and delightfull meal which is exotic, and rich in its flavor. Orignally It is served with crusty Galic Bread and a spicy Tabasco Sauce
Combine and add liquid stevia (vanilla or almond) to taste for added sweetness.
Directions
Add 4 tablespoons of chicken broth to a large saucepan. Sauté garlic, onions and bell peppers for about 4 minutes.
Add the next 9 ingredients, cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to a slow boil, and cook for 12 minutes.
Add the next 7 ingredients and cook for about 20 minutes. (I don’t use salt - Add salt if you must) (A good salt substitute is Mrs. dash seasonings).
Servings: about 12 - 14
A good quality high speed blender is required. I have a Vitamix Blender. Throughly wash all fruit and veggies. No need to use all ingredients. Use whatever you have. use 50% veggies and 50% fruit.
