This recipe was given to me by my Mother In Law. I do not know where she got it from but they are delicious.
I baked the pumpkin in advance, you may use canned pumpkin. I don't know if it will change the calories. The crust isn't tightly packed because I wanted to use as little butter as possable. You can leave out the canola oil if you like, I only use it for the healthy fats.

Wash, hull & slice strawberries, Mix with 1/2 the glaze. Spoon strawberries into graham crust & spread the rest of the glaze over all. Chill for about 2 hours before serving. You can top it with your choice of whipped toppings and garnish with strawberries .
Old WW recipe, gives BIIG cookie--cakie type cookies. Tasty and soft, If you sandwiched them together with vaniila frosting, you'd have a whoopie pie type cookies.
You can substitue splenda for sugar, add more or less peaches to your liking. 1/8 of pie per serving
