This is a fast, easy and delicious way to get in fresh raw broccoli. I adapted the recipe from the Whole Foods Broccoli Crunch Salad. The ingredients are simple and relatively inexpensive but they charge $8.49 a pound for it....much cheaper to make at home....and fresher.

Quick, easy to make,and not too expensive if you can get smoked salmon trimmings. Lo fat thick Greek yoghurt or lo fat Creme fraiche can be used instead of lo fat cream cheese. Delicious spread on crispbreads or crackers
if you like spicy peanut buttery asian food, you'll like this sandwich.
note: i use LIGHT firm tofu in place of regular firm tofu because it's significantly lower in fat and calories without being lower in protein. it doesn't really taste any different.
I threw this together when I needed to use up some leftover brown rice. It was really good, and loaded with veggies and protein.
Great salad even for summer, I call this "Thanksgiving" salad because all of the ingredients remind me of elements of a Thanksgiving dinner.

delicious quesadillas with fried muschrooms and asadero cheese(this could be substitute with an other cheese mozzarela,fresco,chihuahua,panela,etc).
