Pick up a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, and this soup recipe is a snap. It's a sweet/spicy chicken soup...the cilantro makes it, so use a ton!
mix beans, cilantro and jalapenos. Add lime and stir. Meanwhile cook chicken in pan stir in salsa and reduce for about 10 minutes. Stir in bean mixture till warm. Put into warm tortilla and enjoy.
