My sister gave me this one and it is beyond simple. I fix it before I leave for work and often even put in frozen chicken breasts and they fall apart in the crock pot. It tastes like it has lots of cream and somehow..cheese even though it doesn't.
These are a lovely light muffin. You could also use any jam or jelly you like (even diet marmalade), or change the peel or juice. To make it even lighter use half white and half wholegrain flour.
