This uses all fresh ingredients except for the Clamato juice. It is very tasty and it is great as an appetizer or a party platter. It is good with or without chips.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 3/4 cup bread flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp quick acting yeast

The original recipe called for Half & Half instead of the milk and 4 Tbsp butter instead of the olive oil. Also, the original called for ground ginger but I prefer the taste of the fresh.
