When I was a kid, my dad used to make this, but using half ripe and ripe tomatoes. Feel free to do it that way, or even a mix of ripeness. Gradually I moved toward less ripe tomatoes and really like their flavor.

This is a fabulous pizza. Crushed red pepper is optional, but it adds a nice flavor. Fairly low calorie for a personal pizza!
A delicious baked dinner entree! Great with steamed vegetables and rice. You can add chopped clams to this as well, or make it with clams alone.
These crab cakes were so good, I almost ate all 6 of them. These are an awesome alternative to fried crab cakes. Amazingly low calorie, light tasting, super crumbly but with full crab cake flavor. Only about 120 calories each.
