Another great recipe from " The Complete Book of Raw Food" By Lori Baird and Julie Rodwell my FAVORITE raw food book! Buy it! You wont be sorry. You may omit the bragg's Aminos and use a teaspoon of salt but I use braggs often anyway. Also a cup of raisins and a half cup of raw sunflower seeds are a nice touch but not figured in the recipe.

Literally takes 5 minutes to prepare and is made with olive oil so it's heart healthy. You will NEVER go back to prepared crusts filled with preservatives after trying this. The bragging rights alone of 'homemade crust' are well worth it. This is a salted crust, suitable for quiches and the like - For a sweet crust, omit the salt and add a packet or two or Splenda.
