This recipe came from the Food Network (Melissa d'Arabian). I reduced the amount of bacon and used a low-sodium brand. I also added the egg to top off the hash.

This easy and delicious breakfast is packed with 17 grams of protein, which leaves me satisfied for a few hours. The delicious avocado and fresh tomatoes and onions liven up the dish.
