Blastin' Banana-Blueberry Pudding
An easy dessert recipe for weeknights or anytime, uses up those ripe bananas. The recipe calls for it to be chilled, but my kids and DH gobbled this up immediately. The desserts are really big and you could also make them half as big to serve 8. A healthier version of a Southern Living recipe.
