So far, this recipe for Asparagus and Spring Onion Tart is my fave. The crust isnít soggy at all and has a wonderfully rustic flavor. A slight hint of lemon tickles the taste buds with every bite. I will definitely make this tart again that features my favorite vegetable. Whatís one of your favorite springtime foods?
