These tacos are incredible; sweet, slightly spicy and flavorful!

This is a recipe I got off of Allrecipes.com. The recipe in its original form was submitted by Marissa Wright. I made several changes, to lower the calorie count and fat content.

These tacos are very fresh and light and great for a quick dinner when you might be in a hurry.

These soft tacos are low in calories and fat! They're easy and quick to prepare with just a few simple ingredients. Pair them up with a nice salad and you have a meal that will easily fit into your nutrition numbers!

A wonderfully healthy dish that is easy to make and low in calories. This is influenced by Mexican / Southwestern cuisine.

Originally this was a breakfast recipe, however I like to make it for dinner. Serve with a side of rice, refried beans, and avocado or salsa if desired.

I found this recipe on Allrecipes.com. I have altered it slightly to what I had on hand to make them soft tacos. Yum!

This originally came from the Mar/Apr 2009 Clean Eating Magazine. I prep it a bit different and don't use corn tortillas. I use Flatout Wraps or Joseph's Whole Wheat Flax Tortillas, which are similar in calories.
