This is a great alternative to the full fat/calorie version. I dare you to taste the difference!
Stew meat with barley, potatoes, carrots and tomato juice. It's even better as a leftover.
I eat this heated on an arnold's sandwhich thin with a slice of pepper jack cheese melted on it very yummy!
The flavors of this dish are distinct but not over powering. This rice would be delish with BBQ Chicken, Honey Soy Salmon, or really anything else so long as the flavors are complimentary. Enjoy
An improved and more flavorful version of my "Tuna Waldorf Salad with Pear". The Greek yogurt really makes the salad fresher and lighter. Though the calories in this one are slightly higher but it is due to increase of protein.
These are my favorite veggie burgers-easy and quick, satisfying and delishious! I wat on a whole grain bun with lettuce, tomato and a little feta or mozzarella cheese!
