Very tasty and moist. My kids eat this up for breakfast, and it sneaks veggies in for the most important meal of the day!
This smoothie is one of my favorite ways to start the morning. It's really satisfying and has a lot of vitamins packed into not many calories! If I'm by myself I drink the whole thing, but you can split it and still have a good breakfast :)

this is a power house powder with no added sugar or honey. If you want to make bars you can add melted ghee and press it on a greased baking sheets and cut it into bars. But this step will increase the calorie count and fat. You can also add cinnamon or nutmeg to it.I like it just like this.
