This recipe is adapted from an idea I found in Prevention Magazine. My favorite way to eat it is on Wasa Light Rye crackers - great for a snack or a meal.
Phase 1 lunch. I used canned crab, but I think this would be better with 3 ounces of fresh instead.
This is a great recipe for leftover chicken and you can alter it to include whatever quick-cooking vegetables you have on hand. It makes a great lunch for 2 when paired with a salad, some fruit, or other sides. You can also eat both yourself for a less than 500 calorie meal.
I saw something like this on spark. I basically entered this more for my easy calculating into my nutrition page, but if someone thinks about trying it, you WILL love it. Addicting!
A very quick recipe for Wasabi Tuna sandwich spread. Makes enough for 2 sandwiches.
No need to toss the extra sweet potato meat! Save and pair with an omelet later!
