This is good for shish-ka-bobs or other type of marinade. We always use it with beef but I think it would also taste good with chicken.
I freeze these and mashed sweetpotatos and then add a tossed green salad. Makes a fast weekday meal with good portion control. If you use just egg white you can lose 5 g of fat. But I find it moister with the whole egg. Too freeze sweetpotato make mashed and add some lemon juice to retain light color and then freeze in 1/2 cup servings.

Trick the picky "noodles only" eaters at the table with this macaroni and cheese casserole. It's packed with lean sirloin, shredded veggies, and lots of calcium–each serving has 200 milligrams. Serve with a green veggie or side salad.
I like to serve this over sunflower cracked wheat toast , with some grated cheese , and a little plain greek yogurt on top .
This chili is an awesome treat that can serve your daily nutrition needs perfectly. Can't attest to any social afteraffects (lol), but this chili will certainly fill you up right.
