I've modified this recipe from an old set of recipe cards to suit my tastes, removing some in ingredients that I don't care for, and adding garlic, because everything's better with garlic.
This is my low fat version of my favorite restaurants chicken sandwich. I actually like my version better and I love theirs. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
Super easy 3points per serving. Can substitute splenda for sugar for even lower points but for such a small amount regular sugar tastes best.
I used bow & arrow brand blue corn. I used the 8 inch cast iron pan.
